About the festival

Popadelica is a one-day festival in the town of Huskvarna, twin city of Jönköping, right at the south point of lake Vaettern. The venue is Huskvarna Folkets Park, the atmosphere is filled with history. Celebrating our 5th anniversary 2010, this years festival will be a great one!

On our stages this year: Salem Al Fakir, The Sounds, Timo Räisänen, Hästpojken, First Aid Kit, Little Dragon, The Mobile Homes, Dansdepartementet, The Kissaway Trail (DK), A place to bury strangers (US), Bye Bye Bicycle, Satan takes a holiday, The Fume, We are the storm, This is head and The Pipettes (UK).

The festival is supported by the following organizations: Huskvarna Folkets Park, Kultur Jönköpings Kommun, Regionsförbundet Jönköpings län, JLT and Tabergs Tryckeri.

How?
The festival has three indoors stages.

Age limit?
No age limit for the door, 18 years to access bar.

Food and drinks?
Food and drinks are sold on the premises, this year with a new tasty menu. It is prohibited to bring alcohol into the festival area.

How do we travel to the festival?

By train
Huskvarna train station is situated just a minute away from the Folkets Park. Search for time tables at www.sj.se or www.jlt.se

By car
Route E4, get of at exit number 100. Drive towards Huskvarna and the pick up the signs to the Folkets Park.

By bus
The local buses no 1 and no 2 has stops just minutes away from the Park. Check time table at www.jlt.se. Free bus rides with a valid Popadelica ticket.

The accreditation opens on the 22nd of March and closes on the 23rd of April. Apply by sending the following information:
